SHIPPING POLICY
BridgeSport utilizes United Parcel Services (UPS) for all its shipping services.
PO Box and APO addresses are not accepted.
We offer Free Shipping to our customers with “Standard” shipping only to Canadian Provinces and the lower 48 United States. Extra shipping fees would apply to Canadian and US Territories including Alaska, Hawaii along with any other international locations.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Please note that weekends and statutory holidays are not considered as business days. A tracking number will be provided to our customers by email and it is the responsibility of our customers to track their shipment. If your order is not received withing 10 days, please contact BridgeSport and an investigation will be launched promptly in that regard.
BridgeSport will not be held responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect address or theft on the delivery location.
RETURN POLICY
Return/Exchange shipping for incorrect part number orders will be the customer’s responsibility. Full reimbursement for the original purchase or exchange will be provided once the item is received at our location.
Please take note that parts damaged during installation are not covered by BridgeSport Warranty therefore not part of our return policy.
Only our representatives may issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The confirmation number will be sent via e-mail and must be visible on the parcel upon its return. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery of the product. Only parcels with RAN # will be accepted.
